Halifax Busker Festival announces The Nova Scotia Marquee Stage

The Halifax Busker Festival, partnering with the Province of Nova Scotia, Waterfront Development Corporation, The Coast, Sea Smoke, and Ruby’s Rhinestone Lounge, is bringing some of the province’s hottest musicians to the Halifax Waterfront with The Nova Scotia Marquee Stage. In keeping with the spirit of the Festival, the entertainment is FREE!

Located along the waterfront at Bishop’s Landing, imagine yourself with friends, sitting at a table overlooking the harbour while savouring delicious Nova Scotia inspired food and drinks, and taking in some of the best performers this province has to offer.

Saturday Aug 4th … Country and City collide! Kick up your heels with some of two of the hottest country acts from Nova Scotia!

JD Clarke has 5 ECMA nominations, and is an award-winning singer – songwriter. He knows how to rock a crowd and keep ‘em on their feet.
Tj King has been called a fireball for his music and performance style. This rising Country music star is a festival headliner guaranteed to impress any crowd on the Halifax Waterfront.

Sunday Aug 5th is Soul Sunday. We’ve got some performers who know how to move you in the best ways. Deep down and real. It’s soul, with a twist of rock.

Christine Campbell and Blake Johnston. Together they’ll bring us unforgettable, unapologetic guitar, piano and bluesy rock vocals
Reeny Smith – She delivers magic every single time she hits the stage. She is a multi-award-winning powerhouse, with soul inspired music and extraordinary vocals.
